Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods (within UK only) within 3-5 working days. All items will be appropriately and expertly wrapped by professionally trained staff with full care taken to ensure your item reaches you safely.

Postage costs for all items will be according to weight brackets and location of the delivery (at this time we can only deliver within the UK only)

We lovingly wrap and protect your order and send it using Royal Mail’s 1st Class service (Approx 1-3 working days delivery time).

Orders over £20 will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery and are fully insured to the value of the piece. They will also be fully tracked and will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please contact us within 3 workings days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or broken. We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange upon return of the damaged item.

 

Orders and Returns

We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. You can return your order in its original condition to:

Please do this within 7 working days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.Upon receipt of the item we will inspect it to make sure it meets our standards. If everything is in order, we will send you the new item or issue a refund ASAP.

We regret we are unable to accept returned earrings due to hygiene reasons. For your own protection we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. Please note that we can only cover the cost of returning the item if it’s faulty or incorrect, and that the buyer is responsible for the item until it reaches us.

 

Faulty or damaged item

Great care is taken when packaging work but if you receive your order damaged, we ask that you send us a photograph of the item within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll then arrange a replacement to be sent, or if unable to send a replacement a full refund will be given.

 

Payment Methods

All major credit and debit cards are accepted and are treated with discretion. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds sterling.
